WHAT IS DELIVERY TIME?
Our standard delivery time depends on the product type. Jerseys, hoodies, gym bags, beanies, and scarves take up to 21 business days. Polo shirts and tracksuits require up to 28 business days. We always aim to produce and deliver as quickly as possible while maintaining premium quality.
What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Our minimum order quantity starts at just 1 piece, with no upper limit. We want every athlete, team, and club to have access to custom sportswear — even when new members join and reorders are needed.
Do you provide sampling services?
Yes, we do. For every new cooperation or business opportunity, we offer sample production so you can check the quality, sizing, and overall feel of our sportswear. Samples are essential for evaluating materials, confirming fit, and presenting products to your customers.
Do I need to have my own designer?
No — you don’t need your own designer. We have several designers on our team who can create custom designs for your brand. If you already have a designer, we can work with their files as well.
What details do you need from me before production can begin?
The more information you can provide, the smoother the process will be. A complete design brief or tech pack is ideal. If your apparel includes printed or embroidered logos, we’ll need the artwork in vector format, along with a clear layout showing where each element should be placed. We can only move forward with sampling or production once all required files and details are provided.
